"A La Carte" Sponsorship
Pending availability, "A La Carte" sponsorships are available for those businesses that prefer "one-off" ad buys instead of being the main sponsor of an ORIENTED event.
Table Sponsors
(US$250)
  Table Sponsors may have a dedicated table to greet guests, distribute brochures, sign-up new members, and sell event tickets, where applicable.
Raffle Sponsors
(US$250)
 Raffle Sponsors may give away their pro-
ducts or service dis-
counts at an ORIENTED event as an effective way to reach a captive audience.

Friendly Reminders
Sponsorship spots are not guaranteed until payment is received in full. Sponsors should be confirmed at least one (1) month in advance. Upon confirmation, sponsors shall submit their marketing materials by a specified date. No refunds will be given for missed promotional opportunities due to late submissions of sponsor materials. Management reserves the right to approve or deny any request for event sponsorship or promotions.
