Sponsor details are displayed in the confirmation webpage, each time guests RSVP for the event. |

Sponsor details are inserted in email confirmation notices, each time guests RSVP for the event. |
Event Promotions

 Sponsors may have a dedicated table to greet guests, distribute brochures, sign-up new members, and sell event tickets, where applicable. |

Sponsors may display their corporate banners, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral at the event (pending approval by the venue).
