ORIENTED Happy Hours
are always held on the
last Thursday of every month in cities around the world, and our Dialogue & Exchange Series are held on the second Wednesdays of the month, where applicable.

Your sponsorship will include the following promotional service items*:

I. Pre-Event Promotions

Sponsor Credits	Sponsor credits are included in the promotional webpage and highlighted on the Events Calendar - "ORIENTED Happy Hour in Shanghai, sponsored by (sponsor name)!"
RSVP Webpage Confirmation	Sponsor details are displayed in the confirmation webpage, each time guests RSVP for the event.
RSVP Email Confirmation	Sponsor details are inserted in email confirmation notices, each time guests RSVP for the event.

II. Event Promotions

Sponsor Table	Sponsors may have a dedicated table to greet guests, distribute brochures, sign-up new members, and sell event tickets, where applicable.
On-Site Promotions	Sponsors may display their corporate banners, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral at the event (pending approval by the venue).
Raffle & Speech	Sponsors may run a raffle activity at the event to promote their products and services to a highly- targeted and captive audience.

III. Post-Event Promotions

Slideshow Credits	Sponsor name + URL link will be permanently listed in the online photo album following the event, the most widely-viewed section of the website.
Follow-Up Email Credits	(Coming soon) Sponsor credits appear in the "Thanks for coming!" follow-up email that is sent immediately after event photos are posted.
