Material Requirements for Advertisers

Please provide the following materials to your Account Manager and allow 2-3 business days for processing. Orders must be paid in full before campaigns are activated. No refunds or pro-rated amounts will be given for missed promotional opportunities due to late payment, late materials submissions, or erroneous submissions. Thank you!

Venue Sponsors
Max. 75 words (or 400 characters)
One (1) venue photo must be in .jpg or .gif format, the photo width should be 400 px or smaller, and the size < 50KB
FLYER/HANDOUT: Venue Sponsors offering complimentary appetizers, drink specials, and other menu discounts in exchange for free banner advertising are asked to list the specials on a flyer/handout and to place copies of them in visible locations on the night of the event to minimize confusion between venue staff and ORIENTED guests.
Media Sponsors
Max. 75 words (or 400 characters)
Logo graphic must be 200 x 150 (px)
All Offline Event Sponsors are fully responsible for delivering their posters, brochures, and other materials to the event, and for removing them at night's end.

At least two (2) Sponsor representatives are asked to arrive early for last-minute preparations, and to manage the Sponsor Table at all times. Sponsors that wish to conduct a raffle or make announcements should coordinate with ORIENTED Organizers in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ORIENTED Organizers shall not be responsible for a) Sponsor materials, b) managing Sponsor Tables, or c) collecting attendee contact data for the Sponsors. Per our Privacy Statement, we are unable to give attendee contact data to Sponsors or to other third parties without explicit written consent from them. Sponsors are encouraged to use their own Mailing List sign-up forms at their Sponsor Tables and to run Raffle Activities to collect business cards for this purpose.
