Promotional Materials for ORIENTED Happy Hours are paid for using door fee revenues generated.

Mandatory Items:

All other materials such as Organizer Name Tags and Business Cards are optional per the Head Organizers' discretion, only after Corporate Fees and Webmaster Fees are covered.


ORIENTED Standee

The standee is just the ORIENTED graphic file on a white background, about 2/3rds distance from bottom of standee, as seen in the photo.

Teams may have standees made at a local print shop of their choice. Alternatively, they may be pur- chased from our printer in Shanghai.

Standees from Shanghai are US$40/each and have an average life span of ~ 1 year.

International shipping costs are +/- US$60 from China depending on the destination*.

* Teams are welcomed to make their own arrangements to have standees hand- delivered by friends who may be traveling to and from Shanghai, to avoid shipping and handling fees.

To order: Please inform the Program Director and allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery. Payments must be made in full before the wheels are set in motion. Alternatively, used standees may be purchased from previous teams, if available, at a rate negotiated between them.

Digital Camera

Most teams will bring and use their own digital cameras and/or rely on the freelance photographer to have his or her own to use.

Guest Name Badges

Name Badges help attendees to network and can be purchased at any local office supplies store.

Suggestion: Less is more - purchase the most generic kinds, as they will be thrown away at the end of the evening. They're cheap.

Click here to download the About Us flyer. Print out enough copies and place them at the registration table for newcomers.

Table Sign with Door Fee Rates

Download this document, modify the rates per your local door fee rates, print and insert into an acrylic sign holder (less than US$5.00).

This sign lets attendees know the General Admission and Member Discount Rates, saving you the trouble of explaining the fees to each person.

Organizer Name Tags

Organizer and Crew Member name tags can be written (or printed) on blank Guest name badges and inserted into plastic folders for reuse.

Business Cards

ORIENTED Business Card templates are available here.

Business cards are "nice-to-have" and may be purchased using Slush Funds, only, unless teams wish to pay for them out-of-pocket. They don't add measurable value to the success of our activities and thus are not mandatory promotional items.
