• Company Policies & Guidelines

  Organizers agree to adhere to all Event Planning Guidelines, the website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Statement, and the terms and conditions set forth in the Organizer Agreement.

• Attendance Policies
  1. Organizers agree to attend all scheduled events for the duration of their term or train and send substitutes in their absence.

     While tardiness or absence is sometimes unavoidable due to business travel and other commitments, organizers agree to train and send a substitute in their absense so as not to unfairly burden their team organizers because of it.
     

  2. Organizers agree to arrive early to help with set-up, and stay throughout the entire scheduled event.

• Attire

  Professional attire is required except in those cities where business casual attire is the norm.

  Please reserve your hoochie mama outfits and pop daddy bling blings for the weekend party scene. Thank you!

• User Contact Data

  Business cards and other user contact data collected at ORIENTED events are to be used for ORIENTED purposes only and constitute personal data that the company has a legal obligation to keep private.

  Organizers may collect such information from attendees for personal reasons, as long as they clarify what it will be used for and that it is not being collected on behalf of ORIENTED.

• Media Relations

  All media inquiries and requests for interviews must be authorized in advance by the Program Director.

• Attendee Photos

  Organizers must ask attendees for their permission to take their photos before doing so, and to inform them that their picture will appear on the ORIENTED website.

  If any event attendee declines to have their photo(s) taken, organizers shall respect that person's wishes without question and agree not to, in any way, pressure the person to comply.

• Marketing & Promotional Materials

  All marketing and promotional materials used at ORIENTED events, online or offline, must adhere to our CIS standards. Promotional materials produced locally must be approved by the Program Director prior to use.

• Contracts with Third Parties

  Organizers may not sign any legally binding documents on behalf of ORIENTED.COM, Inc. without prior written consent of the Program Director, except for the company's pre-approved contracts.
