Local Organizing Teams

Organizing teams in each city are responsible for meeting these three objectives, for planning and promoting monthly Happy Hours, and for actively encouraging new people to sign up for membership. Planning the Happy Hours takes 3-5 hours a month, at most. Most teams execute like clockwork and never even need to meet in between scheduled events.

Organizing teams are expected to require minimum to no guidance from home office after the second month of operation.
