- Required promotional materials should be purchased immediately following the Trial Run.
- Organizers are to reimburse themselves for this expense using door fees collected at the events.

Corporate and webmaster fees are waived for the Trial Run and for the subsequent three events.
By the fourth event, teams should easily be attracting 50 atttendees, assuming they are actively promoting the events in their cities.
Teams that don't meet this milestone by the fourth event are asked to re-evaluate whether there is a real market demand for ORIENTED Happy Hours in their cities and to submit a proposal on how they will approach attendance growth going forward.
