ORIENTED.COM seeks Head Organizer to lead our ORIENTED Happy Hours in Shanghai!

Head Organizers are responsible for ensuring that scheduled events are executed smoothly and in accordance with our Guidelines, and that all Pre-Event and Post-Event Activities are performed on time.

Head Organizers have full autonomy to recruit and manage their organizing teams as needed.

Qualifications

Head Organizers should be community service leaders and have the ability to motivate and instill enthusiasm and a strong sense of community in others.

Candidates must be conscientious, open-minded, and mature professionals and have very good communication skills. 2-3 years of management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
