Born in Hong Kong, Charlie has over sixteen years of experience in the field of theatrical production, events and entertainment.

Charlie started his theater career as a freelance stage manager. He worked in a number of organizations and key positions over the years, including Theater Technician at City Contemporary Dance Company, Light & Sound Technician at the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, and Master Electrician/Resident Lighting Designer with the Hong Kong Ballet.

In 1997, Charlie joined Showbiz Creation (formally known as Showbiz Entertainment) as Production Manager and later served as Production Director when he rejoined the team, responsible for event productions in Hong Kong as well as overseas. Before joining JP Production, Charlie was the Director as well as one of the owners of Pro-tops Entertainment (a production house) and has taken up the positions of Entertainment Producer and Technical Director at Magic-Curry.com, an entertainment and talent agency.

Ten years before, Charlie attended his further studies in the area of lighting design in London and New York. During that time, he also attained his professional diploma of naturopathy and is now listed as Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong.

Charlie moved to Macau in early 2006 to join Wynn Resorts (Macau) as Audio Visual Manager. He is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all audio visual equipment, the theatre and related matters. He still works as a freelance lighting design and technical director for theatrical production.
