Damien Blenkinsopp
Former Organizer, Dialogue & Exchange (Shanghai)

Damien is British born, living across Europe most of his life and recently Greater China. He has been working in China for over two years as a management consultant for large foreign corporations and a market analyst for the management consulting industry.

A tour of China and some of its biggest local business success stories in 2003 hijacked DamienŐs original post-MBA plans to develop his career in South America. He was immediately impressed by the business activity and entrepreneurial spirit in China and attracted by its oriental culture.

During his career he has worked as a management consulting industry for 5 years with Arthur D. Little and other strategy firms in the telecoms and media industries. His work has consisted of advising multinationals, mostly Fortune 500, in a range of industries on market entry, business development and innovation. He recently worked on and published market studies on the management consulting industry in the China and Asia Pacific markets.

Damien speaks French and Spanish fluently and intermediate Mandarin Chinese. He has an MBA from London Business School and holds dual French and British undergraduate degrees in International Business.
