John was an adviser to Dartmouth/Tuck School of Business Professor Kevin Keller on his 3rd edition of "Strategic Brand Management" and a "beta tester" to Stanford Graduate School of Business Professor Chip Heath's 2007 BusinessWeek Best Seller List's "Made to Stick: Why Some Ideas Survive and Others Die." John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
